The College Student’s Guide to Grocery Shopping – Healthy Eating Made Easy

Before I begin I’d like to express my gratitude and acknowledge the amazing response to my most recent client update. Your support and encouragement for promoting strength training among women has been inspirational to say the least.

Now for my big announcement….

As you may or may not know, today is a very exciting day for me as I am releasing my first product:

A FREE e-book entitled: The College Students Guide to Grocery Shopping – Healthy Eating Made Easy

In short, I wrote this book with the intention of providing simple, easy to follow, and reliable information regarding proper nutrition for overall health and longevity.

While the concepts are basic and apply to a majority of individuals, I wrote this book specifically with the college student in mind. As a current college student myself, I understand the last thing most of us want to do is suffer through another boring textbook detailing the chemical processes behind the utilization of carbohydrates as a fuel source.

Granted, I think that stuff is interesting but I recognize the fact that I’m a massive geek…

Fortunately, I’m O.K. with it ;)

Taking the above into consideration, I have created The College Students Guide to Grocery Shopping – Healthy Eating Made Easy; a short and basic text detailing what I consider to be the most realistic and healthy nutritional options for the majority of college students.
