Client Update: October 2011
Before I dive into the client update I want to say thank you for all of the amazing e-mails I got in response to last weeks article, Random Musings: Acknowledging the Present Moment. I’m extraordinarily passionate about personal development and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all of the positive feedback I’ve received over the past week. I look forward to writing more on the topic in the near future.
Anyhow, to say that I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some absolutely amazing clients would be a massive understatement. The 3 people featured below worked extraordinarily hard and got some fantastic results to show for it.
Finally, I’d like to congratulate each of these individuals for putting in an incredible amount of effort and working as hard as possible in order to get one step closer to achieving their ultimate goals. It was a pleasure working with each and every one of them.
Without any further delay, here are my clients:
Client 1: Becky
Consultation Period: 6 Weeks
Becky and I started working together 6 weeks prior to her beauty pageant. In the 8 weeks leading up to beginning my program she had been training intensely, nearly 7 days per week, coupled with an extremely rigid diet. In spite of her hard work and effort, her weight loss had come to a standstill.
Upon starting my program Becky trained 3 times per week with an emphasis on strength (hear that girls?) and compound movements. After increasing her caloric intake and reducing her training frequency, Becky got right back on track and lost 10lbs in 6 weeks!
As you can see, she did an absolutely amazing job and looks utterly gorgeous.
Just for the record, Becky won Miss Atlantic Coast, 2012!

I had no clue what a realistic workout plan looked like until I met Jordan. The first thing we spoke about was creating a training regimen that was reasonable, time efficient, and produced significant results. As I was preparing for a pageant, which included a bathing suit portion, I knew I had to get in tip-top shape as quickly as possible and Jordan provided me with a program which did exactly that.
Basically, 3 times per week I followed a simple strength training program focusing on compound movements, while on my rest days I would do brisk walks for roughly 60 minutes. I followed a cyclical dieting approach which allowed me to eat *a lot* on training days and a little bit less on rest days. I couldn’t believe how much I was able to eat yet still lose a considerable amount of weight; my body was transforming so quickly and I couldn’t believe it! I started swimming in my clothes because they were so big and I couldn’t get over how strong I was becoming in the gym. This was the first time I had ever tried strength training and I can honestly say I am in love with it. It feels so good to see yourself handling more and more weight every time you go to the gym. My legs are the smallest and most shapely they have ever been in my life and I can also see clear definition in my arms!
Not only was this workout plan ideal for a college student, but I had the privilege of working with Jordan. I think it’s safe to say that him and I will be friends for the rest of our lives. He really made sure I was staying on track and that I was always comfortable and happy. He was constantly concerned and I could tell he seriously cared about my well-being and success. He was ALWAYS one text message or phone call away whenever I had a moment of weakness or just needed advice. I do not think I would have been as successful if Jordan wasn’t my trainer. He always put me before himself and reassured me that my health came first. I was able to lose a healthy amount of weight in an extremely short period of time and even ate pizza on a regular basis! This kept me sane throughout my training and yet I continued to lose weight
I would recommend Jordan to anyone who needs any guidance when it comes to creating a healthy lifestyle. He is extraordinarily intelligent and willing to help anyone who needs it. He is realistic and truthful and doesn’t feed you useless information like most other trainers. I know this program has helped me look my best on the day of the pageant. I have lost ten pounds, feel fantastic, and look the best I ever have in my entire life.
Client 1: Roie
Consultation Period: 9 Months
Roie is a long-term client of mine whom I have worked with off and on for the past 9 months. His training has mainly consisted of a 4 day per week, upper/lower split with a large emphasis on compound movements such as the Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Dips.
Unfortunately, Roie lost his information and cannot find his “before” strength stats so I can only provide the “afters”. However, after looking at his aesthetic results I think it’s safe to assume that he made some significant gains in strength.
Congratulations, Roie. You did a fantastic job and I look forward to seeing your progress in the near future.

Two years ago, while on a trip halfway across the world, I met Jordan; little did I know a couple of short years later he would end up being my close friend and training/nutritional consultant. Interestingly, Jordan and I didn’t speak very much in regard to fitness while we were on the trip; it was only following the trip, when we returned to our respective homes, that I began to consult with Jordan and ask for his opinion concerning numerous topics in regard to training and nutrition. Roughly 9 months ago Jordan provided me with a training program which I followed off and on as I was extremely busy with school, travel, and various other commitments. However, this was the first time I really started to take my training very seriously and have been following his simple, yet extraordinarily effective, training program with great success. While the program has been very easy to follow and sometimes seemingly “too” simple, I know I wouldn’t have made any progress had it not been for his nutritional advice as well.
I’ve been very pleased in my progress thus far with Jordan. Now, after consulting with him on numerous occasions, he and I have reached a decision on how to go about a new training program which I will follow for the next 12 weeks. To be honest, I can’t begin to describe how excited I am to start this new program!!!
All in all I can confidently say that without Jordan I would not be where I am today and I am looking forward to working with Jordan for years to come.

Client 2: Joe
Consultation Period: 12 Weeks
Joe was a perfect example of the classic “hardgainer.” He was having a lot of trouble putting on size and in certain lifts his strength had seemed to stagnate. However, after 12 weeks of a 4 day/week split and a lot of eating, Joe gained roughly 20lbs of body weight and added nearly 150lbs to his squat, bench press, and deadlift. Despite this relatively short period of time, Joe did an absolutely amazing job and I couldn’t be more happy for him.

Over the last few years, I started hitting the gym consistently and spent much time researching weight training and nutrition. If you have ever looked into any of these topics on the web you can find endless amounts of articles/websites that say many different things and at times can be very frustrating. Through this research, I gathered a good amount of knowledge but was not sure what was correct or incorrect. Once I started talking with Jordan, he broke everything down and let me know about many of the myths the media has created about weight training. Once I received the program it was my one source of information that I could follow 100%. Jordan ensured me that if I did, I would see amazing results. Over the course of the program Jordan constantly called, texted, or messaged me about my progress and demanded updates. This really motivated me to continue with the program, even at times of high stress. I wanted to provide Jordan with a good update to show him that I was really working hard and to see how pumped up he got. Jordan truly showed his love for his work and sometimes even seemed happier than I was when I broke through a plateau. With the combination of a structured nutrition and weight training program and the motivational support from Jordan, I was able to make some serious gains in mass and my lifts. Thank you!
