The Reaction-Based Plank is an advanced version of the standard Single-Leg Plank. Truth be told, I made the name up because I had no idea what else to call it and I thought “reaction-based”
sounded pretty cool described it very well. Regardless, it’s a brutal variation designed to improve rotary stability, reaction time, and teach the true meaning of “staying tight.”
