Exercise Video of the Week: Mastering the Superman Pushup
First and foremost, I apologize for not being as consistent with my posts. These past few weeks have been insanely busy as I began a new coaching job at Total Performance Sports, launched my first ever Syatt Fitness Challenge, and accepted a few extra projects on the side.
Fortunately, by the end of this week I’ll be on a fixed schedule and back to regular posting. Moving on to the Exercise Video of the Week….
The Superman Pushup is one of my favorite “core” exercises. It’s a phenomenal anti-extension drill that will absolutely destroy your abs. I generally prefer to include it near the tail-end of my lower body training sessions for 2-4 sets of 6-12 reps.
