Exercise Video of the Week: A New Perspective on the Sumo Deadlift
It’s no secret that the Sumo Deadlift is one of my favorite lifts.
I’ve spoken about it numerous times before and I’ve even done a previous video post detailing How to Sumo Deadlift.
However, I’m constantly learning and striving to become a better coach so when I find a new method that is easier to understand I want to share it immediately.
As such, this Exercise Video of the Week is devoted to a new video outlining several commonly made errors in the Sumo Deadlift, as well as providing a different perspective that may help you understand how to improve your lifting mechanics.
