Happy new year!!!
I hope everyone enjoyed their New Years Eve celebrations and – now that the hangovers have [hopefully] subsided – is ready to get to work in 2013.
Personally, I prefer to set new goals on a regular basis (not only on the New Year) and encourage everyone else to do the same. If you’re interested in setting new and achievable goals for 2013 but aren’t sure exactly how to go about doing it, you may find this article and this article to be insightful.
Now, I’m not going to spoil any surprises but I have several new additions to Syatt Fitness that I plan on integrating over the coming year, so I’m very excited to get them started and hear your feedback.
Speaking of which, out of curiosity, would you be interested in having me host live online webinars maybe once/month or so? The list of possible topics is endless but, needless to say, strength training, nutrition, self development, and others of the sort would be most prevalent. If you think you’d be interested in these webinars please let me know by adding a note in the comments section of this post and I’ll get them started asap.
