Syatt Fitness Announcements & New Exercise Video(s) of the Week: Plank Variation and Quadruped Lat Stretch
I hope you had a fantastic weekend and were able to enjoy some quality time with friends and family.
I was actually in NYC the past few days and had wonderful weekend, the highlight of which turned out to be an early-morning tea party with my beautiful cousin.
As of now, I’m currently making way back to Boston for the next week and a half or so and I have two very exciting announcements:
First and foremost, I’m happy to share that, as of this past Thursday, I have officially completed my junior year of University and (g-d willing) only have one more year to go.
Second, and frankly more exciting, over the weekend I had the opportunity to visit Joe Dowdell’s incredible facility, Peak Performance, in New York City. While simply visiting Peak was a great experience in and of itself, I’m extraordinarily excited to announce that I secured a spot as an intern and will be working with Joe and the rest of the Peak crew this coming summer of 2013. As an up and comer in the fitness industry, Joe has been a role model of mine for many years so, needless to say, this opportunity is a dream come true.
Now I know everyone’s crazy busy in the midst of work and the holiday season so I’m going to move on to the Exercise Videos of the Week, but you can certainly expect more from me regarding my internship at Peak in the near future.
